Here are some reference resistance and voltage readings from working GPUs.

EVGA Nvidia GTX 980 Ti
Galax Nvidia GTX 780

Sapphire 6900XT Toxic - Wiring diagram for a cracked 12v/3.3v slot. This should be everything that needs to be wired for the card to work. May vary depending on how bad your crack is, how deep you have to drill, and how large the drilled area is. In my case the vias that don't have a line connected to them either are connected to nothing down the line, or they are connected via lower layers or other vias so restoring them is not needed
